Ha Nguyen, Esq., is the founder and managing attorney of Ha Nguyen Law. She has over 10 years of experience in corporate, commerce, contract, and immigration in the United States and Vietnam. Ms. Nguyen is admitted to practice before all California courts, U.S. District Court of Eastern District of California, EOIR Immigration Court, and in Vietnam. She is also fluent and literate in English and Vietnamese. Ms. Nguyen has handled various international matters involving investments in Vietnam, business and immigration in the U.S.
